Organizations
Work as a team on open.sume.com, with the team's own balance and keys.
An organization is a team workspace on open.sume.com. Your own account is Personal; an organization sits beside it with its own balance, API keys and limits.
Create one
Open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Organization, then New organization. Enter the company name and select Create. The new organization opens at once.
Switch between them
The Organization row in the account menu lists Personal and every organization you belong to; the one you are in is checked. Everything in the dashboard follows the one you pick: the balance on Billing, the keys on API keys, and the spend on Analytics.
What belongs to an organization
| Belongs to | |
|---|---|
| Balance and top-ups | The organization. Members' runs spend it. |
| API keys | The organization. Every member can use the keys made in it. |
| Jobs in flight | The organization's cap, set by the funds added to it (Rate limits). |
| Jobs and results | The organization. A key reads only its own organization's jobs. |
Personal and each organization never share a balance: a key made in Personal spends your own funds, and a key made in an organization spends the organization's.
