Real-estate listing video in three aspect ratios: $0.30 on Sume
Biteable Pro lists a 10-minute video cap at $29 a month. A 45-second listing tour as 9:16, 16:9 and 1:1 renders on Sume costs $0.10 each.

A real-estate agent needs the same listing tour in three shapes: vertical for Reels and Shorts, landscape for the website and YouTube, square for feeds. On the page read today, Biteable's Pro plan is $29 monthly or $15 yearly with a 10-minute video limit, and Premium is $99 monthly or $49 yearly with 20 minutes and 3 users. A 45-second tour is far under either limit, so the limit is not the problem; the price of making three versions is.
The build on Sume
The Timeline docs set a default output of 1080x1920, accept output width and height as even numbers from 256 to 2160, and hold stills as static frames. A listing tour from 8 to 10 photos is therefore one Timeline request per aspect ratio, with the same photos, voiceover and soundtrack.
| Output | Size | Output minutes billed | Render cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vertical | 1080x1920 | 1 | $0.10 |
| Landscape | 1920x1080 | 1 | $0.10 |
| Square | 1080x1080 | 1 | $0.10 |
| Total renders | 3 | $0.30 |
The rest of the tour
Add the parts once, not three times: a 700-character voiceover at $0.0475 per 1,000 characters is about $0.033, and a generated music track is $0.125. The batch total is about $0.46 for three finished files, using the voice and music once and the render three times. Photos are yours, so there is no image-generation spend.
Where Biteable still wins
If you want a template editor, brand kit and drag-and-drop scenes for a person who will never call an API, a $15 to $29 subscription is a better fit than a JSON request. Sume's route earns its place when the same tour is produced for 30 listings a month by a script: 30 tours at $0.46 is $13.80, with no per-seat charge.
Checklist for a listing batch
- Use photos at least as large as the largest output, 1920 pixels on the long edge for 1080p.
- Keep the narration under 20,000 characters per request; a 45-second script is a few hundred.
- Check each render's first frame, since vertical and square crops can cut off the edges of a wide room photo.
- Do not state a price or availability in the video that is not in the listing.
